modernprocesslab strives for complete client satisfaction. Due to the customized nature of our automation services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may be eligible for a refund if:

> Services were not delivered as specified in the agreement
> Significant delays occurred due to our fault
> The delivered solution does not meet the agreed-upon specifications

3. PROCESS

To request a refund:

4. NON_REFUNDABLE

The following are not eligible for refunds:
